I just found out that I had scoliosis - a very sudden and accidental discovery, last night.
And so, we went to see the osteopathy shifu [master] in Sri Petaling. According to him, mine is quite serious and has been like this since young, or so he says. But quite true too [I knew it but my family didn't believe me every time I complained - until last night]
And so my body was twisted this way and that and oh, it became a little straighter. Few more therapies to go, says he. The price? Very expensive - few hundred ringgit, per therapy.
If you ask me how does it feels like, I'd say it hurts. I can practically hear the sound of my backbone cracking and crunching away when I was twisted and pulled and twisted and pulled in all sorts of direction and position.
Worst of all, I am banned from extreme sports, which means I have to quit taekwondo for now *sigh*
